These comprehensive evaluations are performed monthly.
Unlike typical "mystery shops," WELCOME U™ Evaluations:
  • Focus on all aspects of your hotel, including service, guest perception, and product quality
  • Conducted by highly-trained service professionals
  • Provide specific suggestions for improvement
  • Identify training areas that will most benefit your team and their performance

WELCOME U Professional Hospitality Training Program

Following each evaluation, WELCOME U™ provides:
  • Monthly Training Materials, based on your evaluations and target key areas that will improve service, professionalism, and have the greatest impact on guest perception of your hotel.
  • Easy-to-Implement Soft Skills Training Lessons, Tools, and Exercises. These relevant and engaging training tools not only assist in motivating and training your team, but will improve enthusiasm, performance, and accountability at your hotel.
